Master's in Organizational Science

The Master’s in Organizational Science prepares students to be successful managers and to design and implement strategies that impact organizational effectiveness and increase productivity within the workplace. With a curriculum rigorously grounded in industrial and organizational psychology, students will learn to implement and evaluate workplace practices based on scientific evidence. This 36-credit hour program can be completed in just four semesters.

Admission Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited college or university
  • A 3.0 GPA or higher during the last two years of the undergraduate program
  • GRE scores
  • Three letters of recommendation describing the applicant’s potential for graduate work
  • Brief essay describing the reasons for interest in the program and career goals
